As the director for TechGROWTH Ohio, Jane holds a key role in identifying and nurturing high growth technology startups in Southeast Ohio.  Jane serves as a business advisor to various entrepreneurial endeavors and brings experience in both incubation and fund management in the area of technology-based economic development. Employed for 10 years at The Ohio State University, Jane is an expert in technology commercialization and intellectual property protection and management, particularly in the specialty fields of life sciences. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and earned her MBA and master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Kansas.

As the founder of The Lachey Company, Ron has worked with many entrepreneurial, high growth clients pursuing funding and he brings this expertise to his work as a TGO interim CEO and strategy coach.  He began his career with the City of Columbus City Attorney’s office where he assisted in local income tax litigation. He joined the Ohio Department of Taxation and as an Attorney and Legislative Liaison. Moving to the private sector, Ron joined Ernst & Young LLP and worked in State and Local Tax and corporate income tax planning, assisting companies in securing tax credits and incentives. He was appointed as Tax Services Coordinator for various clients in the Columbus area.  Ron earned his B.S. in Finance at The Ohio State University and his J.D. and L.L.M in Taxation from Capital University.

Tony provides business strategy and investment recommendations for TechGROWTH Ohio. He draws on 25+ years full life-cycle product management and development experience, and has managed extensive intellectual property portfolios for The Ohio State University. He has held key management  & engineering roles with in-licensing and M&A responsibilities, in Fortune 500 and startup companies, covering the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, energy and chemical industries, including a successful bioinformatics startup. His academic background in physics has led to contributions to geochronology, propulsion systems, astrophysics and advanced computing; including X-plane technology demonstrators and the Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn, as well as the application of machine intelligence in business and finance.
